Welcome. You agree to the following terms and conditions by hiring our photography services. We recommend reading them carefully before making any reservation or payment.

1. Services

• We offer professional photography services for events, private sessions, products, portraits, and more, subject to availability. All services are subject to confirmation of date and location.

2. Reservations & Payments

• To confirm any service, 100% of the total amount must be paid in advance. Reservations are not considered valid without full payment.

• Rates may be subject to change without prior notice, except in cases where the service has already been booked and confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are considered last-minute and are non-refundable.

• In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

4. Delivery of Materials

• The delivery time for standard photo sessions is 3 to 5 business days.

• The delivery time for special event photography is up to 30 business days.

• All images are delivered in digital format via an online gallery or download link.

• Unedited photos and RAW files will not be delivered under any circumstances.

• The online gallery will remain available for 30 days from the delivery date of each session.

5. Copyright & Usage

• The photographer retains full copyright of all images.

• The client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the photographs.

• We reserve the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability​​

• If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will first try to do it in a public indoor space, or, if that is not possible, we will arrange a new date to reschedule the session based on the availability of both parties.

• In the event of technical failures or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the delivery of the material, the amount paid will be refunded.

7. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any modifications will take effect once published on this page.
